1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only in the following situations:
- You received the wrong product.
- The product was damaged during delivery.
- The product arrived defective or leaked.
- The product is missing from your order.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, or tampered skincare products cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, leaked, or contains the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Our team will review the issue and guide you through the next steps.
3. Change of Mind
We currently do not accept returns simply because you have changed your mind, no longer want the product, or have ordered the wrong product.
Please make sure your order details are correct before completing your purchase.
4. Refunds
If your return is approved, we will determine the appropriate resolution based on the situation.
Depending on the circumstances, we may offer:
- A replacement product
- Store credit
- A refund, where applicable
Refunds, when approved, will be processed using an appropriate available payment method.
5. Delivery Refusal & Unclaimed Orders
If a customer refuses to accept a confirmed Cash on Delivery order or the parcel remains unclaimed, additional delivery or return-to-origin charges may apply.
Repeated refusal or unclaimed orders may affect the customer's ability to place future Cash on Delivery orders.
6. Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
